VNC远程连接后背景为灰色或黑色，光标为叉号，查看vnc日志发现是找不到字体问题,

解决办法:
sudo apt-get install xvfb xfonts-100dpi xfonts-75dpi xfonts-cyrillic xorg dbus-x11
